Rates include fresh bath / beach towels and linen (on arrival), electricity, water, fully equipped kitchen, air-conditioning, and washing machine and dryer. (You can also call our Property Manager for any assistance if required).

Early check-in or late check-out upon request and subject to availability.
We only accept bank deposits for payments.
A 30% non refundable deposit is required upon reservation request.
The Balance of Payment PLUS an additional €250.00 refundable Damage Deposit is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
The Damage Deposit will be refunded within 5 working days of departure if no damages are detected.
If the balance is not paid by the due date we reserve the right to cancel the booking and levy cancellation charges in accordance with our cancellation policy below.
60 or more days prior to arrival: 30% cancellation fee
30-60 days prior to arrival : 50% cancellation fee
15-30 days prior to arrival : 75% cancellation fee
15 days or less prior to arrival or No-Show - 100% cancellation fee
Dolce Villa is cleaned ONCE a week on the Guest changeover day.
For your stay we provide all bed linen, a large and small bath towel as well as one beach towel each.

The Villa is a Non Smoking home so there is a strict NON SMOKING policy inside Dolce Villa. We trust you will respect this without fail. Ash trays are supplied if you wish to smoke outside or on the balcony upstairs. Thank you for respecting the environment and disposing of any cigarette butts responsibly.
We regret that extra sanitising fees will be charged if our cleaning staff detect (via the smell that emanates from the air-conditioning units) that guests have smoked inside.
